With over 15 years in Sales and Leadership, Nichole learned very early on the importance of customer service. She also learned the meaning of hard work and grit. Vulnerability, servitude, humility, passion, integrity, connection, these were just some of the many values that built her foundation.

Given the opportunity to help bring an unheard-of American concept into the Canadian market. Nichole delved deeper into the world of Sales and Leadership, learning the strategies and processes involved in starting something from scratch and growing it into a multi-location operation.

Leaning on her strength as a Strategic Visionary, she was able to visualize the big picture and bring her passion and forward-thinking mindset to collaboratively develop a customer-centred strategy and growth plan that aligned with the organization's vision and values.

After nearly a decade of exponential personal and professional growth, Nichole is confidently ready to support business owners and their teams in understanding their impact experiences for their employees and customers to drive business excellence, competitive advantage, employee engagement, and customer retention.

As the Territory Manager for Northern Prairies, Nichole will continue to dedicate her time to fuelling her passion and purpose by bringing the "treat everyone like family" and seamless curation of the customer experience back into the professional world.
